Our Support Services Unit will leverage all of our available resources to provide you the highest quality of investigative and consulting services to assist you in achieving your operational excellence .

- To investigate fully all suspicious claims directed at the policyholder and corporate assets of our clients
- To continually monitor and investigate suspected fraudulent claims assigned to the DCS; SIU, and assist our clients in the prevention of future fraudulent payments
- To review, investigate, document, and report factual information in a prompt and expedient manner of suspicious claims referred for investigation
- To perform all duties and responsibilities on behalf of our clients in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies & procedures, and client objectives.
- Billing options are available by flate rate or hourly plus expenses.
Before beginning any assignment, we develop detailed objectives with the client to ensure that all possible fact-finding and research activities are identified. We will communicate with you continuously throughout the investigative process. The following are some of the services available.
